Refunds and cancellation

All sales are final
The guide is a digital download that you get straight away. All sales are final: we do not offer refunds or cancellations once your download has started.
Your right to cancel
If you buy online, you normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content that is delivered straight away, that right ends once the download starts, if you have asked us to start it and accepted that you lose the right. At checkout we ask you to tick a box to confirm exactly that, and we cannot take your order without it. If you have not started the download, get in touch and we will look at it.
Check it fits before you buy
The free sample chapter lets you see the style, the depth and the kind of data inside before you pay. You can ask for it on the sales page. Please read it and the contents on the page first, and ask us anything that is unclear.
If something is wrong with the files
If a file is missing, will not open or is not as we described it, email us first. We will fix it quickly. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content are not affected by anything on this page, and neither are any other rights you have by law. This page is general information, not legal advice.
If we make a mistake
If we charge you twice or in error, we will put it right. If we refund an order, its download links stop working and we ask you to delete your copies of the files. Your bank decides how quickly a refund shows, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
Disputing a charge
Please email elliot@e-labs.agency before raising a dispute with your bank. It is faster for both of us, and we will sort it out. Include your order reference. It is in your purchase email and on the confirmation page after payment.
