Privacy policy

E Labs Ventures Ltd. (company number 17050248), 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we") runs the vibe promoter website, the Event Marketing Masterclass ebook download, the AI promoter community waitlist, and our paid guides and their free sample chapters.

What we collect

If you download the ebook or join the waitlist we collect your first name, email address, marketing consent, and technical details needed to run the campaign: UTM parameters, referring URL, approximate location from your IP (country, region, city, coordinates), device type, and a hashed IP. We do not store raw IP addresses.

If you ask for a free sample chapter of a guide we collect your first name, email address and the marketing consent you give, plus the same technical details.

If you buy a guide, Stripe takes your payment on its own checkout page, so we never see or store your card number. We receive your name, email address, billing country, the order amount and currency, your Stripe customer, payment and checkout IDs, and an order reference. We also keep the page and UTM parameters you came from, your Meta browser cookie IDs if you accepted marketing cookies, a hashed IP, your browser's user agent and your cookie choices. When you download a file we log which file, when, a hashed IP and your user agent, so downloads stay limited to your order.

Why we use it

To send the ebook, add ebook signups to the Event Marketing Masterclass list, add waitlist signups to a separate AI Promoter Community Waitlist, measure which ads and links convert, and keep the site secure. Legal bases: contract (delivering the file you asked for) and legitimate interests / consent for marketing and analytics.

For purchases we use your details to take payment and deliver the files you bought (contract), to send your receipt and download links, to handle support, mistaken charges and any refund we agree to, to keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation), to prevent fraud and misuse of downloads (legitimate interests), and to measure which ads lead to sales (consent, through marketing and analytics cookies). If you buy, we may also email you about the guide you bought and about similar products from us. Every email has an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time. We send marketing emails after a free sample chapter only if you ticked the consent box.

Who processes it

  • Supabase (database and admin login)
  • Klaviyo (ebook list, a separate AI Promoter Community Waitlist, sample chapter lists, and emails to people who buy a guide)
  • Meta (pixel and Conversions API, including a hashed record of your purchase, if you accept marketing cookies)
  • Google Analytics (measurement of purchases, if you accept analytics cookies)
  • Stripe (payments and receipts for paid guides)
  • Slack (internal sale alerts, never with your full email address)
  • ipapi.co (approximate geo from IP)
  • MapTiler (admin map tiles only)
  • Resend (emails with your download link, and internal error alerts)
  • Vercel (hosting)

How long we keep it

Lead records stay until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed for the campaign. You can unsubscribe from Klaviyo emails at any time.

Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require (currently six years in the UK). Download logs and download links are kept for as long as we need them to support your order and spot misuse.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction. Email elliot@e-labs.agency. You can complain to the ICO.
