Terms of sale
Event Marketing Bundle. Last updated 6 October 2026.
Who we are
E Labs Ventures Ltd. (company number 17050248), 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "us"), trading as the vibe promoter by E Labs, sells Event Marketing Bundle ("the bundle"). You can reach us at elliot@e-labs.agency.
What you are buying
The bundle is a digital product made up of three guides: the Event Meta Ads Playbook, the Event Launch Guide and AI for Event Marketing. It has 13 files: three PDF guides, two PDF install guides, four ZIP files (two AI skills, the AI skill pack and the AI guide companion files), three CSV spreadsheets and a text file. It is one order and you get it through one personal download link, which we show on screen after payment and also email to you.
Price and payment
The price is £79 in pounds sterling, as a one-off payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Payments are taken by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate. Once your payment is confirmed we email your download link and show it on the confirmation page. If the email has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email us with the address you paid with.
To stop links being passed around, each order has a limit on the number of downloads. If you hit it by accident, email us and we will reset it.
Your licence
When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the bundle for your own events and your own business. We still own the bundle and everything in it. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files or your download links.
No promise of results
The guides are guidance based on E Labs data and experience. We do not promise any particular registrations, ticket sales or return on ad spend. How your campaigns perform depends on your event, audience, price, creative, budget and the platforms you use. The guides also quote tool prices and menu names that were checked on 5 October 2026 and may have changed.
Refunds and cancellation
All sales are final. The bundle is delivered digitally and straight away. At checkout you confirm that you want the download to start immediately and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it does. The free sample chapter lets you check fit before you buy. Full details are in our refunds and cancellation policy. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content are not affected by these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of you using the bundle, such as lost profit or ad spend.
